Foundry Agent Labs is a practical readiness scanner and workshop surface for Microsoft AI agent pilots. It helps teams collect evidence and identify gaps. It does not certify compliance or provide legal advice.

Data handling

What the scanner stores

The public scanner stores review requests only when a visitor submits the form. The stored record includes work email, selected agent type, readiness score, answered count, risk band, gap areas, generated report text, source path, user agent, country, timestamp, and smoke-test flag.

Security

Current controls

Hosted on Cloudflare Pages and Functions.
Lead data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database.
Dashboard analytics events avoid raw contact details.
Security contact is published at /.well-known/security.txt.

Subprocessors

Core service dependencies

Cloudflare hosts the static site, Pages Functions, and D1 lead database. The portfolio dashboard receives PII-safe event telemetry. Email follow-up currently uses the visitor's mail client through a prepared mailto draft unless a separate delivery tool is configured later.

Evidence

Framework language

The product uses evidence-readiness wording for DORA, NIST CSF 2.0, CIS Controls, and Microsoft cloud security practices. Claims should remain scoped to readiness, implementation support, and evidence mapping.
